New Assay for HTNV/SEOV/Andes Virus
Ustar Biotechnologies has a new assay for the detection of hantavirus, while concerns increase around hantavirus exposure across Europe. The assay is designed for Ustar Biotechnologies´ POC diagnostic platform. The system enables faster and earlier diagnosis of suspected cases, and due to its transportable nature, diagoses can be performed in remote locations as well. This feature will reduce the pressure on central laboratories, especially if cases in an area are increasing.
