Monarch Spin DNA Gel Extraction kit
- Elute in as little as 5 μl for highly concentrated DNA, with yields up to 5 μg
- No need to monitor pH or add isopropanol
Monarch Spin PCR & DNA Cleanup kit
- Elute in as little as 5 μl for highly concentrated DNA, with yields up to 5 μg
- No need to monitor buffer pH
- Protocol modification for oligonucleotide cleanup is provided, allowing purification of ssDNA, oligonucleotide and other small DNA fragments
Column design in the upgraded kits has been optimized to prevent buffer retention and salt carry over.
