Solution for storage
Traditional nuclei isolation from animal cells/tissues often leads to nuclei clumping, which poses significant challenges for single-nucleus sequencing and proteomics. Minute™ anti-clumping nuclei storage buffer reduces clumping and allows nuclei to maintain their morphology and resist aggregation for several days when stored at 4°C. Additionally, nuclei can be frozen in the buffer at -80°C or transported on dry ice.
